Sprinkled with light snow salt, paired with chili radish puree and green onions, the taste is very rich. Mix the green onions at the bottom and eat together for an appetizing flavor. ✦ A5 Wagyu Ribeye ✦ A4 Wagyu Sirloin The Kansai sukiyaki cooking method is to first sear the beef, then season with sukiyaki sauce. The sukiyaki sauce here is lighter in taste, highlighting the flavor of the Wagyu beef more. The A5 Wagyu ribeye is richer in fat, and I personally prefer the A5 Wagyu ribeye with its full fat flavor.
