The chef uses a two-month-old suckling pig to prepare the dish, which is roasted until the skin is crispy, the meat is tender and the aroma is lingering in your mouth. But the accompanying meal attracted my attention even more! This is because it uses suckling pig liver and Portuguese spicy sausage to stir-fry, and also adds the sauce from the roast suckling pig. Every bite is full of the aroma of lard but not greasy at all. It has a delectable taste. The first thing I picked was this pineapple slice wrapped in vanilla ice cream for $88. A thin layer of candied pineapple wrapped around icy vanilla ice cream and pistachio sponge cake, along with pink peppercorns and mint leaves. It tasted sour, sweet and fragrant, which is definitely my favorite flavor. Another dessert is the mango cheesecake for $90. The super rich burrata cheese is topped with sour and fragrant passion fruit juice, and there are a lot of crispy crumbs and fresh mango pieces at the bottom. The whole thing is fragrant and not greasy and very delicious. I like it very much. Mr. Che was very satisfied with the high-quality Portuguese food at Casa Lisboa!
