Favorite Portuguese spot @Casa Lisboa

The place we are going to have dinner tonight is Casa Lisboa in Central. I have been here several times, but this is Che Baba's first time and he is very much looking forward to it. It happens to be the 14th anniversary of the restaurant, so come here for dinner and get a free glass of signature Sangria! However, this offer is only valid until September 30th. The bread bag is filled with delicious sourdough, paired with tuna pate, olives and fragrant olive oil, making the bread taste richer and more delicious. Portuguese brown crab mayonnaise jelly food is $168. The crab shell lies on sea salt and seaweed, making you feel like you are in the ocean. The crab meat is mixed with mayonnaise, onion and parsley to make crab meat sauce, which is then stuffed into the brown crab shell and served with homemade crispy bread. The delicious crab meat sauce was spread on the crispy homemade bread and we both enjoyed it. It was so crispy and delicious that we finished it all in no time. Stir-fried clams with white wine, garlic and herbs $148. These large clams are cooked with mellow olive oil and seasoned with garlic, butter and lemon juice. The plump clam meat is full of the taste of sea water, and paired with the flavorful sauce, it is so delicious that Mr. Che immediately loves it. Piri Piri Quail Roasted in Spicy Garlic and Olive Oil for $180. The chef chose French quail to bring out the essence of this dish. The quail has a slightly tempting smoky aroma, and the meat is tender and very tasty. It tastes even better when dipped in spicy sauce. We each chose a bus for the main course and my dad continued to be evil and chose suckling pig! Of course I chose my favorite octopus. This is the Portuguese octopus with roasted potatoes that I have been craving for, $330. The octopus is cooked very chewy and very crispy, especially the part where you bite the sucker, which is incredibly crispy. The fresh and fragrant taste of the spinach sauce is really something I never get tired of. This Portuguese roast suckling pig costs $390 and is also the restaurant’s signature dish! The chef uses a two-month-old suckling pig to prepare the dish, which is roasted until the skin is crispy, the meat is tender and the aroma is lingering in your mouth. But the accompanying meal attracted my attention even more! This is because it uses suckling pig liver and Portuguese spicy sausage to stir-fry, and also adds the sauce from the roast suckling pig. Every bite is full of the aroma of lard but not greasy at all. It has a delectable taste. The first thing I picked was this pineapple slice wrapped in vanilla ice cream for $88. A thin layer of candied pineapple wrapped around icy vanilla ice cream and pistachio sponge cake, along with pink peppercorns and mint leaves. It tasted sour, sweet and fragrant, which is definitely my favorite flavor. Another dessert is the mango cheesecake for $90. The super rich burrata cheese is topped with sour and fragrant passion fruit juice, and there are a lot of crispy crumbs and fresh mango pieces at the bottom. The whole thing is fragrant and not greasy and very delicious. I like it very much. Mr. Che was very satisfied with the high-quality Portuguese food at Casa Lisboa! When we left, we had already agreed that I would go back to eat it next time. It seems that I made the right decision to take him on this pilgrimage today. I can then taste my favorite octopus many times again.
