Sole (Kowloon Bay) in Hong Kong

After shopping in Megabox, I was looking for a place to have dinner and thought of this very romantic French restaurant Sole. The soft lighting, romantic atmosphere and exquisite food give people a comfortable feeling. Welcome fruit is a traditional tomato, sweet and juicy, and with the addition of balsamic vinegar and lemon juice, the taste is even more refreshing. We ordered an executive set meal for two people, which included appetizers, main courses and desserts. There are six French garlic-baked snails, a classic French delicacy. The snails are infused with rich garlic and vanilla flavors, and are fragrant after being baked. The duck liver is fried very fragrantly, and paired with crispy toast and sweet fig juice, the taste is even sweeter. Both main dishes were served with crispy fries and garden salad. The crispy texture of the fries and the refreshing taste of the balsamic garden salad provided a balanced taste for the whole dish. Both steaks have charcoal-grilled patterns and aroma. The charcoal-grilled Spanish pork saddle steak is thicker, but unfortunately it is a bit lean and lacks the smooth and fatty texture. The charcoal-grilled premium Angus rib-eye steak is outstanding, with rich meat flavor and abundant fat. The dessert mango cheesecake has a smooth texture and a generous portion. The embellishment of fruit pieces, chocolate slices, jam and mint leaves gives people a pleasant taste and visual experience.
