Excellent Pancake @ The Pantry & Chips Republic

The Pantry & Chips Republic (旺角) Shop 436-438, 4/F, MOKO New Century Plaza, 193 Prince Edward Road West, Mong Kok The cafe that I usually eat in Mong Kok with a delicious soufflé pancake has recently closed down, so I had to look for another new lover online, so I found this Western restaurant in New Century. The environment is spacious, designed in blue and white, with several round booths, and seats by the glass windows overlook moko park. We arrived at probably 6:30 hours, no need to queue, the staff were friendly. The key to choosing here is to eat its desserts, you have soufflé pancake, waffles and French toast. Three things look at the menu feel attractive, but to choose to choose to eat the most want to eat is soufflé pancake, so the three of us ordered two flavors 😛 respectively original, with caramel butter and honey syrup, half a plate with a little fruit. Full of flavor 10 McDonald's breakfast hot pancake, only changed to spatula pancake, airy but also have egg flavor, quite good. The other one is my favorite matcha flavor, which looks beautiful, with a rich matcha cream on top and a sweet taste, served with red beans, crispy rice and matcha fern cake for a Japanese style.
