Not Hong Kong style pretending to be Taiwanese style, this Taiwanese beef noodle shop has a surprise 👍🏻😋

Today I planned to go to Moko Moko Park to play, 👦🏻 suddenly wanted to eat Taiwanese beef noodles, so during the minibus ride on Open Rice to find food, as soon as I got off the bus before going to the third floor section of pure virginity! What is authentic Taiwanese beef noodles like? The impression is that the noodles are good, the soup is rich, and the meat is not tough (nonsense 😅). This restaurant claims to be from Taiwan, with secret recipes passed down from ancestors and crafted with care. The online reviews have both praise and criticism, this time it's up to the taste buds to decide😋 Ordered a set meal👇🏻 Original beef noodles + salt and pepper chicken + honeydew green tea with aloe vera grains 🍜 (Figure 1-3) You can choose handmade noodles or small noodles, we chose wide handmade noodles, looks small portion, but each strip is wide, long, thick but not floury or tough to bite, served with beef bones plus secret recipe and cook eight hours low heat The soup, slightly spicy, slightly bitter, overall quite tasty! As for the beef cut into thick slices, easy to bite, not firm not hard not soft just right, 4 large pieces did not know after eating, usually do not eat beef I think quite ok 🍗 (Figure 4) The salt and pepper chicken is hot but not hot when served, the temperature is just right, and the outside is crispy and the meat is tender, with sweet and sour sauce, 👦🏻 said it was very tasty 🥤 (Picture 5) Normally, there are quite a lot of aloe vera grains.
