Showa-style Japanese izakaya

This shop has always been on my pocket list, and although the shop looks mediocre, friends who have eaten there thought it was very good, so I finally got up to try it with my friends. Once inside, I didn't expect the restaurant to go nostalgic Japanese Showa style, with a lot of Japanese poster models, with nostalgic Japanese songs really strong feel. This time we ordered the premium sushi set, the Toro Don set, and the scallops with salmon sashimi. The first thing to appear is the Toro Don set meal, a look at the picture shows that it uses very rich, Toro, grilled Toro and tuna are in the same bowl of rice, but also add the egg yolk that knows how to move L, I really want to eat! Every bite you can taste the different texture and oily flavor of tuna, each piece of fish meat is very large and super fresh, now I want to eat more bowls when I think about it! The premium sushi set meal has ten different kinds of sushi, each one is very fresh, and they follow the Japanese way without too much white rice, so you can fully enjoy the freshness of the seafood. My own favorite is his seaweed sushi, which oozes the unique sweetness of seaweed. I recommend the grilled left mouth sushi myself, because the surface layer has been grilled, so the entrance is full of oil, and the meat of the fish is kept very well not very dry, the oil fragrance seeps into the sushi rice is really a great enjoyment! My friends and I ordered the salmon fillet and scallop sashimi separately. Each piece of the salmon fillet sashimi is thickly cut and super large. The scallop sashimi has always been my favorite sashimi, this time the shop offered definitely did not disappoint me, each piece of sashimi is very large and thick, and because it utilizes lemon accompaniment, so every bite will eat the slight lemon fresh fragrance.
