Hida-Takayama is a highly popular tourist destination that preserves the old street scenes of the Edo period. The buildings here also have historical value! On this visit, we spent half a day exploring places like the Miyagawa Morning Market and the old streets of Hida-Takayama. The Miyagawa Morning Market sells various fruits and vegetables, while the old streets of Hida-Takayama are filled with different shops and delicious foods, such as Hida beef and honey ice cream. The rows of dark brown houses with ancient noren curtains give a sense of ancient Japan. It is definitely worth a visit!
