The overall flavor is a bit bland, but the lightness makes it even more appealing and delicious! Pair it with pickled radish, dongchimi broth, or pyeonyuk-muchim (seasoned boiled pork) for a whole new level of flavor! I especially recommend ordering the pyeonyuk-muchim (seasoned boiled pork). It was a new dish, but it was delicious :) It was my first meal after arriving in Gongju, and it was so comfortable and delicious. Parking is available in a nearby alley.
