[Bologna, Italy] A friendly Bolognese restaurant

#0yentripJanuary2025 A restaurant recommended by a local friend. Eat Bolognese cuisine. I love the fried artichoke appetizer, so it's irresistible. The salami and prosciutto from this region are delicious. The Bolognese specialty, Tortellini in brodo di cappone, is so elegant! The soup was so good that I drank it all. I also liked the richness of the polonaise sauce in Lasagne Verdi al forno. If you want to eat a little bit at a time, it's probably best to order Tris Bologna. A great value menu that allows you to eat tortellini, lasagne, and tagliatelle on one plate. The homey atmosphere is also great, so I recommend it.
