The dissection room used for anatomy classes is now open to the public for a fee. The university's library is also one of the oldest in the world and is still in use today, with public access available for a fee. Bologna is renowned for its food, such as Tagliatelle con Ragu' Bolognese, Lasagne alla Bolognese, and Tortellini, and the prices are lower compared to other major Italian cities. High-speed trains connect Bologna to Milan and Rome, making it possible to plan a day trip if you are short on time.
