"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. From the outside, it looks quite old and dated, but once you step inside, the interior is surprisingly modern. That said, some parts still show the hotel's age — like the bathroom fixtures, water taps, and some of the furniture, which could definitely use an upgrade. Walking through the corridors, I sometimes got a slightly spooky vibe, probably because of the older sections of the building. However, the service made up for it. The staff were genuinely nice and helpful, and I appreciated how friendly the security personnel were — it made the place feel more welcoming. One big plus is the location: there’s a bus stop just outside, so getting around was really convenient. The only downside for me was the price. I found it a bit on the expensive side, especially considering some of the outdated aspects of the property. Overall, not a bad stay — great service and location, but the building could use some refurbishing to fully match the price."

"This hotel is just opposite the airport (Departure hall) . Highly recommended to stay here. 1. it is very convenient to go to the airport and ferry port. You can take the MLTR line to the ferry port. Just 1 station away-MOP6 per person. I dont recommend you to walk from the hotel to ferry port despite it written just 500m away from the hotel in the description. 2. The room is spacious. And if you are lucky, you will have a airport view room. Our room was facing sea view. 3. The staff are helpful. You can take mrt to the town or you can take free shuttle to the casinos. Just ask the airport staff the bus waiting area location. Overall, we enjoved our stay here."

"The location is superb, offering quick and direct access to Hengqin Port. While the hotel is a little dated, the service was truly excellent. The staff even upgraded us to a family room when they saw we were a large group, which was a lovely surprise! There's also a small pool, perfect for kids to splash around in. We booked this hotel mainly for its convenience for a local event, and its location proved incredibly useful – everything we needed was just downstairs. The surrounding old town area has plenty of supermarkets and local eateries, and Fisherman's Wharf is directly across the street. All in all, it offers fantastic value for money."

"Our stay in the hotel was very enjoyable. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff were very polite and helpful. One small improvement that could be made was the instant drinking water dispenser provided in the room. The volume of the machine's water container is small, so we needed to refill it with tap water very frequently. Also, when we wanted to drink water, the machine only fits the hotel cup, while small water bottles cannot fit, so we had to first fill up the hotel cup, then pour it into our water bottles. This is quite inconvenient."

The Grand Dragon Hotel, situated in the heart of Taipa, is an international luxury hotel spanning 26,400 square meters. It boasts 385 well-appointed rooms, including standard rooms, deluxe rooms, and suites, offering a spacious and comfortable environment. The hotel enjoys a prime location with easy access to the light rail, ensuring convenient transportation for guests. It is surrounded by a host of famous attractions such as The Venetian Macao, Macau Stadium, the Four-Faced Buddha, the A-Ma Cultural Village, the charming Coloane Village with its European flair, and the bustling Rua do Cunha with its array of souvenir shops. Additionally, the hotel is just around 10-minute drive from Macau International Airport and Taipa Ferry Terminal, making it an ideal choice for tourists seeking leisure, vacation, or concert experiences.

"The room was quite satisfactory – clean, quiet, and well-soundproofed. The front desk staff were easy to communicate with and could switch to Mandarin. It's been a while since I've encountered a room deposit, but it wasn't an issue as it's fully refunded after check-out, provided no damages are incurred. The location is excellent: Rua do Cunha is just a short walk away, and from there, it's easy to reach The Venetian and other attractions. For the Ruins of St. Paul's, you'll need to take a bus, and digital payments like Alipay and WeChat are widely accepted in that area. For navigation, Gaode Maps might be more reliable than Baidu Maps, so it's a good idea to download offline maps using the hotel's Wi-Fi in advance. Generally, both Alipay and WeChat are widely accepted for payments, and I didn't come across any shops that were cash-only."

"The highlight of my Macau trip was definitely this hotel. Its location is excellent, right opposite Fisherman's Wharf and next to the Sands Hotel, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The hotel boasts excellent facilities; the rooms are particularly spacious and spotlessly clean. What I loved most was the resort aspect. The outdoor pool is generously sized, beautifully landscaped, and lined with plenty of lounge chairs, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. Given how hot Macau is this season – even the evenings are muggy – being able to take a dip in the pool was incredibly refreshing and comfortable. The service was also outstanding. While some staff members might not have spoken Chinese, their attitude was consistently wonderful. Every single staff member offered a genuine smile and showed no sign of impatience whatsoever."

GGuest User## Facilities: Quite Disappointing On the first day, the shower drain was blocked, causing water to overflow everywhere. It was quite late, so I ended up using a bathmat to soak it up myself. The next day, I specifically called the front desk, and they left a message when I returned saying it had been resolved. To my dismay, it was blocked again the second day, forcing me to rush out mid-shower to call them. Additionally, the room phone seemed to have a faulty connection; I kept trying to dial but couldn't get a call through. Even after requesting an air purifier, my throat still felt quite stuffy. ## Service: During check-in, I specifically requested not to be given a room at the end of the corridor. Well, they assigned me the very first room. Two staff members even came up to demonstrate how to operate the curtains... (a bit excessive!). However, the room service staff were actually very good; they were patient and responded promptly to all my requests. ## Location: The location is indeed quite out of the way. Taxis are scarce during peak hours, whereas it was much easier to hail a cab at The Londoner during the same times. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're traveling with minors, as you'll have to walk a much longer route if you can't cut through the casino. I honestly don't know how people manage to explore all of Macau in a single day. For me, getting back from The Venetian felt incredibly far, and even getting to The Londoner was quite a trek. I was so exhausted I even considered taking a taxi just to get to Wynn. ## Cleanliness: The cleanliness was acceptable. I didn't experience any allergic reactions while sleeping, and overall, the room was quite clean. However, I suspect my throat discomfort was likely related to the carpet.

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at The Londoner Grand in Macau. The staff went above and beyond to make our visit special — they upgraded our room for free and even surprised my mum with a complimentary birthday cake, which was such a thoughtful touch. The hotel environment is elegant, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. Everything was spotless, from the lobby to the room, and the overall atmosphere felt luxurious yet comfortable. The location is also perfect — very convenient with direct access to shops, restaurants, and nearby attractions. Overall, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Highly recommend The Londoner Grand for anyone visiting Macau, whether for a family trip, celebration, or a relaxing getaway.

TTanya:)Our family stay was an absolute delight from start to finish. Traveling with our two children, aged 5 and 10, we were wonderfully cared for by “Jindy” from the Thai Front Office team. From the moment we checked in, her service was exceptional. She personally arranged for our luggage to be sent to our room, which was a fantastic two-bed room with a direct view of the Eiffel Tower. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a delicious cake and a lovely kid's amenity waiting for us, along with complimentary drinks and snacks in the room. Jindy was incredibly sweet and courteous, providing us with excellent assistance and thorough information throughout our stay. Her attentiveness was a significant reason our family trip was filled with so much happiness. We created wonderful memories, from enjoying a ride on the swings together to savoring the delicious Zhen Dim Sum at the hotel. The convenience of having a Don Don Donki supermarket right there for our shopping needs, along with a variety of other shopping options, was a major plus. The heated swimming pool with its stunning skyline view was the perfect touch, especially considering the very affordable price. For any family planning a trip, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel

GGuest User✨ An Unforgettable One-Night Stay, Perfected by Shirley's Kindness! ✨ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Where do I even begin? My one-night stay at the Grand Lisboa Palace was nothing short of spectacular, and it was all thanks to a truly magical start at the front desk. From the moment I walked into the breathtaking, art-filled lobby, I knew I was somewhere special. But the true highlight of my entire trip was being greeted by Shirley at the check-in counter. 🤩 Her warm, genuine smile immediately put me at ease after my journey. Her English was flawless, and her manners were absolutely impeccable – she is the epitome of grace and professionalism! To my utter delight and complete surprise, she kindly informed me that I had been upgraded from a Deluxe Room to a suite! 🥳🎉 This wasn't just a simple room change; it felt like being handed the golden ticket to an entirely new level of luxury. Thank you, Shirley, for your incredible generosity – you are a true asset to the Grand Lisboa Palace and the reason my stay was so memorable! And what a suite it was! 🏰 The room was staggeringly beautiful, blending modern luxury with intricate Portuguese-inspired details. The space was massive, the bed was a cloud ☁️, and the marble bathroom with its deep soaking tub was pure bliss. 🛁 The panoramic views of Macau from the window were the cherry on top! 🌆 Beyond the incredible room, the hotel itself is a destination. The architecture is a masterpiece, like a modern European palace. I spent time just wandering the halls, admiring the stunning art installations and the majestic, crystal-domed atrium. It’s a feast for the eyes! 🎨✨ While my stay was short, I made sure to enjoy their wonderful facilities: · The Indoor Pool: It is absolutely beautiful! 😍✨ So serene and elegant, with a classic design that makes you feel like you're swimming in a luxury spa. The perfect place to relax and unwind. 🏊♀️💫 · The Grand Buffet: The breakfast spread was incredible – a global journey for the taste buds with so many fresh, high-quality options. 🍳🍣🥐 · The Spectacle: Just being in the complex felt grand and exclusive. It’s more than a hotel; it’s an entertainment and art empire. I truly did not want to leave. From the world-class facilities to the stunning design, every detail was perfect. But it’s the people who make a place unforgettable, and Shirley’s kindness at the front desk set the tone for a perfect 5-star experience. I cannot recommend the Grand Lisboa Palace enough and I am already dreaming of my next visit! ❤️ #GrandLisboaPalace #MacauLuxury #SuiteUpgrade #BestService #ThankYouShirley #LuxuryStay #IndoorPoolBliss #SJM

AAnonymous UserLet's start with the positives: the facilities are quite new, and breakfast was decent, especially considering the price point in Macau. Now for the downsides. As other reviews have mentioned, I found the check-in process to be incredibly slow; it took half an hour, even though I was checking in late at night. The front desk initially claimed there were no standard rooms available and tried to assign me an accessible room. After I declined, they 'magically' found a regular room. I truly don't understand their reasoning for this. On the second morning, around 10 AM, after returning from breakfast, my room key card had stopped working. I had to wait quite a while for a new one to be delivered, which disrupted my plans for going out at noon. I complained about the service quality, and they offered a fruit platter as compensation. In summary, if you're not in a rush and aren't overly sensitive to service issues, you might consider this hotel. The overall value for money is acceptable.

Aakanemaomao## A Must-Stay L'Occitane Themed Hotel! I recently experienced The L'Occitane Hotel at Grand Lisboa Palace Macau, and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations! 📍**Location & Transportation** While it's not in the city's core, getting around is a breeze. After taking a car to Grand Lisboa Palace, a 3-5 minute walk through the indoor, fully air-conditioned 'Macau Palace' walkway takes you directly to the hotel – no sun exposure at all! There's also a free shuttle bus right outside that goes straight to Wynn Palace, making exploring Cotai hassle-free. 🍳**Breakfast** The hotel breakfast is average. I'd recommend trying the options at the nearby Grand Lisboa Palace instead: - 'The Tea House' opens at 10 AM, serving authentic Cantonese dim sum. - 'The Buffet' offers excellent value for money with its breakfast deals. Inside The Macau Palace, you'll also find various noodle stalls and food stands, offering more down-to-earth local choices. 🌟**Highlights** 1️⃣ A full set of L'Occitane amenities! The shower gel and body lotion are of high quality, and you can even call the front desk for another complimentary set. 2️⃣ Excellent soundproofing ensures a quiet room, perfect for a good night's sleep. 3️⃣ Don't miss these spots downstairs: ☕️Momokawa Coffee – A hidden gem for specialty coffee in Macau, perfect for a morning pick-me-up. 🍦Cotiz Double Skin Milk Ice Cream – Rich milky flavor and silky smooth texture. Highly, highly recommend! 💡**Summary** With its convenient transportation, immersive L'Occitane experience, and great surrounding dining options, this is a unique hotel in Macau offering excellent value for money. Just remember to plan your breakfast choices in advance and make good use of the free transportation to easily explore Cotai.

GGuest UserMy wife and I had a very pleasant stay for the first time at Yoho Hollywood Roosevelt hotel. The housekeeping staff for my room no. 905 was excellent in their service. The receptionist Terry, door men (Charles, Edward & Kevin) were also very helpful and attentive to our enquiries and needs. We will definitely come back to stay again when we visit Macau the next time.

GGuest UserWe booked a triple room for convenience, but it turned out to be exceptionally small. The window offered a view of tightly packed residential buildings, reminiscent of the old Kowloon Walled City, making it impossible to open the curtains. Despite being a triple room, only two tooth mugs were provided. When we asked the front desk, they directed us to housekeeping, who explained that while three sets of toiletries were given, their policy stipulated only two tooth mugs per room. Then, in the middle of the night, the air conditioning broke. A technician worked on it for nearly an hour, but by 1 AM, it still wasn't fixed, and we were simply given a fan. At checkout, there was no apology or explanation whatsoever regarding the AC problem. To add insult to injury, upon checking out, we realized one room key card was missing, and they immediately charged us 50 RMB, citing their policy. It really feels like these rules are only for guests!
