"It was an awesome stay in Pariasian hotel,,i ejoyed the luxurious atmosphere,ambiance,,friendly staffs,,,the pool was damn great even i was in the kids pool since adult pool was full of professional swimmers i went to kids pool since “langoy ilog lang ang alam ko”😁😅,,,,,it was a really exceptional to visit❤️❤️"

"It's really nice to stay here, with beautiful scenery, spacious rooms and a great Michelin restaurant. We checked in on September 27th. The woman who greeted us at the front desk, Charmy, was very helpful. The person who helped with our luggage was also very friendly. I would give it 5 stars. The only issue was that we encountered some issues at the Western Gate on the afternoon of September 28th. The man who helped with our luggage, Zed, was not very attentive and helpful. He was the reason for the deduction of points."

"The location is quite good, not as remote as some online reviews might suggest. I noticed the two cabinets that some had mentioned as being a bit odd. The one containing the mini-fridge was perfectly fine, but the middle cabinet seemed quite unnecessary, especially since the room was spacious enough and had plenty of space for clothes. The staff service was also very good. My only minor gripe is that each floor has around 100 very similar-looking rooms, and the extensive layout makes it quite easy to get lost. Overall, it's mostly a positive experience. The only real downside was that the swimming pool was undergoing maintenance during my visit, which meant having to take a rather inconvenient and long detour. They could have made the temporary barriers smaller; otherwise, it was genuinely inconvenient to walk around in a swimsuit just to change or use the restroom. It would also be great if the pool could stay open until 10 PM (22:00), as 8 PM (20:00) feels a bit too early to close."

"The public areas were impeccably clean, with constant mopping and cleaning, which was particularly noticeable and appreciated during the rainy days we experienced. The supermarket, pharmacy, and jewelry shops located downstairs were incredibly convenient. It’s fantastic for families with children, as you don't need to step outside the hotel to access everything. The breakfast buffet offered a wide array of options, and the kids thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was fully stocked with everything one could need for snacks and beverages, and the toiletries provided were comprehensive and well-thought-out. The only minor drawback was the location; it felt a little off the beaten path, and the immediate surroundings outside the hotel weren't particularly bustling. However, it was a short walk to The Parisian and The Londoner. We would definitely choose this hotel again in the future! One regret was that the 'Figure 8' Ferris Wheel was closed due to a typhoon warning and rain."

"I recently stayed at Yoho Treasure Island Hotel, and I must say, I am quite disappointed considering it is marketed as a luxury hotel. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the high standards one would expect from a property of this caliber. Firstly, one of the most basic amenities expected in a luxury hotel—the bathroom—was subpar. The bathroom lacked a bidet, which is a standard feature in many high-end hotels, especially for guests seeking comfort and hygiene. Additionally, the bathroom door did not have a lock, which severely compromised privacy. This was particularly uncomfortable, as I did not feel secure knowing that anyone could potentially enter without warning. Furthermore, despite repeatedly requesting privacy by hanging the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on the door, staff members entered the room multiple times. This was not only intrusive but also disrespectful of personal boundaries and privacy. Such occurrences are unacceptable in a hotel that claims to offer a luxurious and private experience. Another inconvenience was the limited space available for storing clothes in the bathroom. As someone who prefers to keep their belongings organized and within easy reach, I found the storage options to be inadequate. The bathroom did not offer sufficient shelving or cabinets, forcing me to leave clothes and personal items in less convenient places, which diminished the overall comfort and convenience of my stay. Overall, my experience at Yoho Treasure Island Hotel was disappointing and did not reflect the luxury standards that the hotel presumably promotes. For a hotel that charges premium rates, I expected better facilities, greater attention to guest privacy, and more thoughtful amenities. I hope the management considers these issues seriously to improve future guest experiences."

"For this trip to Macau, I chose Lisboeta Macau. Upon check-in, we received an upgrade to an L'Occitane themed room on a higher floor (11th or 12th), which boasted excellent views. From our room, we had a view of the nearby East Asian Games Dome. Its proximity to the LRT station also makes it incredibly convenient, and popular spots like Grand Lisboa Palace and Wynn Palace are just a short walk away. Our room was very comfortable and exceptionally quiet, featuring a generous bathtub. Breakfast was also a highlight. With three dining options, we chose Shen Gor Cafe, which offered an impressive variety of dishes."

"Everything was as described and was good if not excellent, especially I like the balcony. The one thing that I'd like to have a few words on was the showering facilities. The hotel choose a very environmental friendly set of shower head that bundled the amount of water output with the temperature of water, meaning that if you want to have normal hot shower with water at 30 something degree celsius, the power of water output is weak or else you would have to tolerate the crazily heat of the water for some stronger water output from the shower. I mean, it's a very clever way to limit the use of water and hence the cost of the hotel in paying for the water supply. Nice~~!!!"

"When I arrived at the hotel earlier than the check in time, GRO Jessica welcomed me with a big smile and assisted with luggage storage. Learning that this was the first time I visited Macau, she gave a warm introduction to the hotel, and recommendations to local attractions and food. She also coordinated with FO Castle to give me a room upgrade. I was surprised that she remembered my name and greeted me every time she saw me during my stay. Her hospitable personality is one of the reasons why I will choose to stay with Sofitel Macau again. FO staff member Castle was also exceptionally helpful and efficient. He helped me to check in quickly and provided clear answers to my questions. During my stay, I had a spa treatment, and dined at hotel restaurants, and the services were superb. I would highly recommend Sofitel Macau for its excellent services, great location and room cleanliness."

"We recently celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary at the Londoner Grand Hotel and we had an unforgettable stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming. A huge thank you to Manager Mariana for arranging a room upgrade, which made our 4-night stay even more special. The ensuite facilities were absolutely stunning! We also enjoyed dining at several of the hotel's excellent restaurants. The breakfast buffet at The Hampton Court was delicious, and we loved the [order to cook special menu]. Those dishes were amazing!!!Lord Stow's Bakery & Cafe was another highlight, with a fantastic breakfast spread. For lunch, Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill was a great choice, with top-notch British food and personal service. We also appreciated the variety of Chinese cuisine available at Chelsea Garden, which we enjoyed for several meals. The Londoner Grand's hospitality and attention to detail truly made our anniversary celebration unforgettable. We can't wait to return! Highly recommend the Londoner Grand to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Macau."

"It was a disappointing experience at W Macau. I booked the Spectacular Room for 2 nights which should be 51sqm-59sqm in size. However, the first room they gave me was a small Wonderful room around 37 sqm I knew instantly they gave me the wrong room so I called the front desk to have it changed to the Spectacular room. The second room they gave me was slightly bigger with a view of Cotai strip. It still felt a bit smaller than their official size of 51sqm-59sqm but I trusted the staff would assign the correct room so I didn’t ask again. During the stay the room felt really crammed because every time I walk to the bed I would hit the furniture as there is a large table and lounge chair placed next to the bed. I couldn’t shake the feeling that the room was smaller than advertised. At checkout I thought I would ask the staff the type of room I had in which he confirmed that it was the Wonderful room. I was really shocked and felt deceived since I already asked for the Spectacular room and they still gave me the wrong room again! Also the pillow had this strange smell that didn’t go away even after they changed the sheets and pillow case. The tap water had this weird sewerage smell and taste from the pipes and was there the whole time. The bath robes had this sweaty smell like it’s not been washed or changed for a long time. It was really disappointing given it’s a 5 star hotel. I’ve stayed at many 5 star hotels in Macau and never had these issues. W hotel please improve the cleanliness of your rooms like pillows and bath robes. I don’t appreciate being deceived about the rooms. If you don’t have the bigger Spectacular room just tell me don’t need to hide it. I didn’t end up sleeping well because the whole time I was wondering why the room was so small compared to what I booked. The manager Hilda did offer me an upgrade for my next stay at the hotel but I saw other customer reviews and they always give upgrades for free. I didn’t expect an upgrade but just give me the room I booked and don’t deceive me."
