Honestly I have never stayed and slept in such a small room. When my wife was up I had to sit down. My wife had to walk sideways between bottom of bed and wall to get around to other side of the bed. It felt i’d booked into a Wendy house.
Breakfast was good fresh food although not much choice of cheese. Staff all very friendly.

1. The location is excellent, right next to a train station, metro station, and bus stop. There's a smaller 24-hour Tesco across the street, and a larger M&S supermarket just a hundred meters further. However, being next to the train station means it's quite noisy; you can hear the rumbling of trains frequently during operating hours.
2. The hotel has its own coffee and breakfast on the ground floor, offers free lemon water, and you can ask the front desk for hot water.
3. For fellow travelers looking for more convenience, consider these points:
(1) You'll need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, as they are not provided.
(2) The bathroom has pump dispensers for hand soap and a 2-in-1 shampoo/body wash. However, the scent seems to be like Sichuan peppercorn, which isn't pleasant, and it made my hair very frizzy. I recommend bringing your own toiletries.
(3) There are only two hangers. If you plan to do laundry, it's advisable to bring portable hangers and a simple clothesline, as there aren't many places to hang clothes.
(4) They provide three large towels and one small towel, which are changed every three days. If you're a germaphobe, I suggest bringing your own.
(5) Housekeeping is done every three days. The trash bin is quite small and can fill up in a day, so it's a good idea to bring your own trash bags to dispose of full ones downstairs or in street bins.
(6) Although it's listed as a double room for two people, it's actually better suited for one person as the room is quite small.

Great location and good value for money. The room was clean and comfortable overall, which made for a pleasant stay. However, the sink in the room was blocked, which was a bit inconvenient. Service could also be improved, as the receptionist wasn’t particularly friendly or welcoming. With a few fixes and better customer service, this hotel could be much better.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the breakfast is good too. Due to its prime location, the room was compact but very clean. The amenities included a small cabinet, a wall-mounted desk, a hairdryer, and clothes hangers, all cleverly designed to maximize space. There's no tea or coffee in the room; you have to get water from the bar on the first floor. Rooms are cleaned every three days, and for towels, we had to ask the staff to change them ourselves on the two days in between. Given the affordable price, it was a perfectly acceptable stay. It's very close to Liverpool Street, making travel convenient, so it's definitely a worthwhile choice.

My friend and I were not satisfied with our experience at this hotel. We were shocked to learn that the hotel operates on a “first come, first served” policy, which was never communicated to us in advance. Due to a delayed flight, we informed the hotel that we would be checking in late, after midnight, and the staff assured us that it would not be a problem.

However, upon arrival, we were told that our room had been given to someone else. This was unacceptable, especially since we had notified them ahead of time and it's nearly 6am we were extremely knackered. The hotel then offered to relocate us to another property – Point A Hotel in Westminster – and as compensation, promised complimentary breakfast and a late check-out.

We were told that the stay at this alternative hotel would be for one or two nights. A driver was assigned to take us there, but upon arrival, we discovered that breakfast was not included at this location as promised cause point A Wesminster doesn't provide it at all . The room we were given was tiny, plus along a busy main road, and had poor insulation – the window could not be fully closed and was not double-glazed. As a result, we were disturbed by traffic noise and sirens throughout the day and night. Moreover the room with “”city view” over London eye was coverd by scaffold outside our window,and we can even hear joiners workers walking and chatting outside on the scaffold. But we had to admit that this alternative hotel is situated at a much better location close to Westminster.

Although the staff at the Westminster branch were friendly and tried to make us feel welcome by offering us four cups of coffee in total during our stay, it did not compensate for the inconvenience and discomfort we experienced. Moreover, we were never relocated back to the original hotel we had booked.

I loved it! The location is excellent, making it super easy to get around. There are so many cafes nearby too.

Overall, my stay was great! The reception was welcoming, and the room was nice and comfortable. The price was absolutely amazing! However, there were two issues: one of the skylights let in too much sunlight, and there was no way to block it, which was inconvenient. Also, the TV kept freezing and probably needs maintenance or adjustment. Other than that, everything was perfect, and I really enjoyed my stay!

Hotel location is the best.
Highly recommended for 3 families. Breakfast is so good. There is a mart around, so it's cheap and cheap to buy there.

Absolutely wonderful stay at Montagu Place hotel. Huge bed, huge bath, was at the very top floor so a bit of a walk as no lift but definitely worth it. Must have been the comfiest hotel bed I’ve slept it and 100% would book again.

Point A Liberties in Dublin is a stylish, budget-friendly hotel with a fantastic location in the vibrant Liberties neighborhood, close to major attractions like Guinness Storehouse and St. Patrick’s Cathedral. The rooms are compact but well-designed, offering modern comforts like comfortable beds, smart TVs, and efficient air conditioning. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent recommendations for local dining and sightseeing. While amenities are minimal (no on-site restaurant or gym), the hotel’s affordability and cleanliness make it a great choice for travelers prioritizing value and convenience. Its trendy vibe and prime location make it ideal for exploring Dublin’s culture and nightlife.

Location: Great location, with a supermarket and a shopping mall nearby. There's also a bar downstairs where you can grab a beer. However, it's close to the tram tracks, so the rooms facing outwards can be a bit noisy.
Service: The male staff member that night was friendly and very helpful with any issues we had.
Facilities: The hotel facilities are good and quite new. But I was assigned an accessible room, which I heard hadn't been used in a long time, so the toilet had a severe odor. There were no other rooms available that day, so I had to endure the smell all night. The staff sprayed some air freshener, which was a nice gesture (and I appreciate it!), but it didn't really solve the problem. If possible, remember to request *not* to be given an accessible room!

Really comfortable and quiet hotel near Edinburgh Castle. Checkin was smooth, the staff are friendly, and the room was spacious. It’s also easy to reach the airport as the tram stop is around 5 minutes from the hotel on foot. The hotel offers secure luggage storage also! Amenities in the room could be improved! I’d stay here again during my next visit to Edinburgh.
