I used to see the exhibition at Laing art gallery in Newcastle when I was traveling in the UK. An African artist Romuald Hazoume works from Benin. For hundreds of years, too many innocent people were here as slaves and shipped to the plantation. The whole venue environment is very good and worth recommending!

Free. There are no big works here, some are historical paintings, crafts (glasswork, etc.) recorded in newcastle and gateshead. There are also some interesting toys that children can play with. There are also some guiding questions to guide children to enjoy the paintings.
Newcastle has the gallery's famous Ryan Gallery (Laing Art Gallery ) with paintings by famous artists such as Nisboro, Gauguin and Henry Moore. In addition, the coffee and cakes in the cafe are delicious and cheap. This is a place that museums and art museums should not miss, not only can be full of eyes, but also can be full of mouth.
