Outside the Hong Kong Cultural Center, on the side of the clock tower in Tsim Sha Tsui, there is a bronze sculpture of "Flying French" (The Flying Frenchman). It was created by the famous French artist Cesar for three years and presented to the Hong Kong Municipal Council. It was the "Fantastic Blu-ray" at 8:00 every night, so the sculptures had more music, lighting and movement.
