🌟Highlights: The Former Residence of Zhu Jia was built in the Qing dynasty. It is a brick-wood-tile structure with three courtyards, consisting of three main rooms and ten side rooms, covering an area of 535 square meters. In July 2010, it was announced as a municipal-level cultural relic protection unit by the Wenchang Municipal Government. Zhu Jia (1899-1995) was a famous calligrapher, calligraphy theorist, and educator in the Qing dynasty. He was devoted to the study of calligraphy theory for a long time. His calligraphy theory was deeply influenced by the stele school theory of Bao Shichen and Kang Youwei in the Qing dynasty, and he was known as an important representative of the stele school theory in the 20th century. He wrote 70 calligraphy works, including "History of Calligraphy", "Brief History of Writing", and "Collection of Calligraphy Theories".
