Huangguoshu Waterfall, a long-awaited destination in my heart.

We had lunch in the Huangguoshu Scenic Area, and immediately boarded the sightseeing bus after lunch. After getting off the bus, we chose to take the big elevator down. We planned to take the elevator down, walk across the suspension bridge, and walk along the plank road for a while. We would soon see the Huangguoshu Waterfall. However, we didn't expect that the winding mountain road would be full of tourists, shoulder to shoulder, and crowded. As a result, we could only follow the flow of people, queue up, and walk in order. It took us about two hours to complete this journey. Standing in this rare karst landform erosion crack typical large waterfall landscape, with the hustle and bustle of people, we had more time to carefully observe and appreciate this unique waterfall in the world from all six angles. Looking at the magnificent and majestic waterfall in front of us, listening to the huge roar it made as it tumbled down, and bathing in the flying water, splashing water, and rising mist... In the midst of our joy, we even saw a double rainbow refracted by the afternoon sun, what a beautiful picture! At 2:30 pm, we finally queued up and entered the Water Curtain Cave. In this unique water curtain cave, where the waterfall runs through the mountain's waist, we walked through the cave, either bending or standing upright. Sometimes, we would stop and look at the white water curtain waterfall outside the cave, which was like a white crystal bead curtain, amidst the rumbling roar. We touched and cupped the waterfall water, and it felt wonderful... It took us about 8 minutes to walk through the narrow cave. The dim and dreamy lights and the cool and refreshing temperature in the cave left a deep impression on us. I have had a soft spot for Huangguoshu Waterfall for many years, and this trip has finally fulfilled my long-held wish. According to the information, Huangguoshu Waterfall, located in Huangguoshu Town, Zhenning Buyi and Miao Autonomous County, Anshun City, Guizhou Province, is the largest waterfall in the Huangguoshu Waterfall Group, known for its vast water flow. The waterfall is 77.8 meters high and 101 meters wide, with the main waterfall being 83.3 meters wide. It is a typical erosion crack waterfall in karst landforms. The Huangguoshu Waterfall Scenic Area covers an area of about 8.5 square kilometers, including Huangguoshu Waterfall, Bonsai Garden, Water Curtain Cave, Rhinoceros Beach, and Horseshoe Beach. If time permits, I would really like to stay here for another day. When we came out of Huangguoshu Waterfall and took the sightseeing bus to Tianxingqiao Scenic Area, it was already dusk. Thinking that the gathering time had arrived, we could only make a short stop outside the scenic area and hurried to the gathering place, Xiangmi Building.
