This crab pot is absolutely delicious!

Just approaching the restaurant, the rich aroma of savory sauce mixed with crab fragrance made me stop in my tracks—through the glass window, I could see the bubbling crab pot, its glossy red broth clinging to plump crab claws, making me swallow hard three times just from the sight. I ordered the signature crab pot, and when it arrived, the clay pot was still sizzling. The moment the lid was lifted, the aroma exploded! Each crab was split open, its meat so plump it seemed ready to burst from the shell. One bite, and the sweetness of the crab blended perfectly with the savory sauce, spreading across the palate. The claws cracked open with a gentle pull, revealing tender meat that melted in the mouth. The hidden treasures underneath were even more delightful: rice cakes soaked in the broth, chewy and glutinous; chicken feet stewed to perfection, falling off the bone with a light touch, the collagen mingling wonderfully with the crab flavor; and potatoes and lotus root slices, each piece coated in thick, flavorful sauce—better than any main course. I added instant noodles to the broth, letting them soak up the crab's freshness and the sauce's richness. Slurping the noodles between bites of crab sent waves of satisfaction straight to the top of my head. The lively atmosphere, with laughter from neighboring tables and the bubbling of clay pots, made the meal feel extra cozy, leaving even the spaces between my fingers fragrant—a scent I didn’t want to wash off.
