Yongkang, Lishui, and Wenzhou Nearby Getaways

Wenzhou has also been hit by the cold front, but with a rare sunny Thursday, our family decided to embark on a spontaneous short trip! 1️⃣ First Stop: Wenzhou Nearby Getaways Series_"Wenzhou ➡️ Xiandu ➡️ Yongkang ➡️ Lishui ➡️ Return" The itinerary looks packed, but the self-drive journey was actually quite relaxing~ We set off at 9:30 AM for Xiandu, where the recently trending🔥 check-in spot📍 "Yandang Study" is located within the Xiandu Scenic Area. After about an hour's drive🚗, we took a short break♨️ at Xianju Service Area. By 11:30 AM, we arrived at our destination. 📍 **Yandang Study** The study isn’t very large—it’s transformed from an original cave, showcasing the grandeur of the rocky landscape~ Personally, I think it’s worth a visit. Inside, there’s a small café where you can sit and relax ^_^ Since we visited on a Thursday, it wasn’t crowded, so we could take our time snapping photos~ We spent about an hour at the study before heading to Yongkang Film & TV City at 1:30 PM. Since Xiandu is quite close to Yongkang, the drive took only about an hour~ If you’ve already explored Xiandu, I recommend heading to Yongkang or Wuyi next! 📌 📍 **Xixi Film & TV Base**, **Black Eagle Fort**, **Stone City**, **Jiulongtan Film & TV Base** These four spots are relatively close to each other, so you can visit them all in one go. Due to upcoming film shoots, all four locations are undergoing varying degrees of renovation~ *PS: Jiulongtan Film & TV Base requires a 50 RMB ticket; the others are free to visit!* At around 4:30 PM, we set off for downtown Lishui for a quick meal and to enjoy the night views🌃. The drive from Yongkang to Lishui took about 1.5 hours. 📍 **Chuzhou Ancient City**, **Yingxing Tower** For dinner, we stumbled upon "Fenglu Memory," recommended by Yangma, at Chuzhou Ancient City—grabbing a group deal made it super affordable~ After eating, we took a stroll around downtown Lishui before leisurely driving🚗 back. **Self-Drive Route🗺️:** Wenzhou ➡️ Xiandu Scenic Area (~2 hours) Xiandu Scenic Area ➡️ Yongkang Film & TV Base (~1 hour) Yongkang Film & TV Base ➡️ Downtown Lishui (~1.5 hours) Downtown Lishui ➡️ Wenzhou (~1.5 hours) Feel free to use this as a reference~ If you’d like to stay overnight, you can spend the evening in Yongkang, exploring Gaozhen Commercial District, Xijin Bridge, or Huatian Meidi. For short trips, it all depends on your schedule—Lishui is also great for a two-day getaway!
