The way to worship is from Nishikanou Shrine to Higashikanou Shrine. After worshiping at Nishikanou Shrine, you cross the sea on a ferry called Uraga no Watashi and head to Higashikanou Shrine. The ferry ride only takes a few minutes. Then, worship at Higashikanou Shrine. I was able to get a magatama and omamori bag. The magatama come in three colors: crystal, agate, and jade, and the omamori bags come in three colors: pink, blue, and green. There doesn't seem to be any special meaning for each color, so try combining your favorite colors to create your own original one.
