Renmin Park

Yanji Renmin Park is located on the banks of the Yanji River in the northwest of Yanji. This historic park is full of towering ancient trees and blooming flowers. It has mountains, water, pavilions, terraces, and towers, and the scenery is very beautiful. Yanji Park was built in the 33rd year of the Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty. It was proposed by Wu Luzhen, the supervisor of border affairs, during his inspection in Yanji. It has a history of 100 years. During the Republic of China, the Shangbu Bureau often held foreign affairs activities here, so it was also called "Shangbu Bureau Park".
