"Dreaming of Tianmu—Xinchang History and Culture Exhibition" showcases Xinchang’s historical and cultural heritage through five cultural zones: "Early Culture," "Buddhist and Taoist Culture," "Tang Poetry Culture," "Tea Culture," and "Confucian Culture." • Second Floor: Temporary exhibition hall with exhibitions changing approximately every two months, featuring different themes. Must-See Exhibits • Southern Song Frozen Stone Deer Seal: A national first-class cultural relic and the museum’s treasure. Unearthed in 1972 from the tomb of Lu Mi in Ding Village, Chengnan Township, Xinchang County. The seal knob is carved as a crouching deer with its head raised to the sky, and the seal face is engraved with the characters "Lu Mi" in seal script. Its discovery pushed back the history of "seal culture becoming literati culture" by more than 170 years. • "Tang Poetry Road" Holographic Projection: Located on the first floor, it dynamically displays the travel routes of poets like Li Bai and Du Fu through Xinchang, allowing visitors to intuitively experience the cultural charm of the Tang Poetry Road. • "Tianmu Mountain Wonderland" Interactive Sand Table: Also on the first floor, it uses light and shadow effects to simulate the Tianmu Mountain scenes described in poetry, giving visitors an immersive experience. Highlights for Visitors • Stamp Check-in: Seven Tang Poetry Road themed stamps are available at the first-floor service desk for visitors to collect. You can bring your own notebook or purchase related cultural products inside the museum for stamping. • AR Treasure Hunt: Suitable for family visits. Children can complete check-in tasks in the AR treasure hunt area and exchange them for small souvenirs, adding fun to the visit. Visitor Tips • Flash photography is prohibited inside the museum.
