I'm obsessed with BU ER Folk Music's Spring Cantonese Classics Night!

Who else enjoyed dinner while listening to great music at BU ER Folk Music? Me! Their recent Spring Cantonese Classics special took me right back to the golden age of Hong Kong cinema. The atmosphere was electric, and as soon as the familiar melodies began, everyone started singing along. The singers were incredibly talented, capturing the unique charm of Cantonese music in every note. Their Sichuan cuisine is also amazing! The aroma of the spicy grilled fish hits you as soon as it's served. The fish is tender and flavorful, and it's incredibly addictive. The sizzling iron plate mushrooms burst with savory juices in your mouth. The ginger frog legs are plump and tender, perfectly infused with the spiciness of ginger. The smashed eggplant with peppers is simple but goes great with rice. And the bobo chicken features various ingredients soaked in a spicy red oil broth – each skewer is pure satisfaction.  Psst... their second-floor afternoon tea is a hidden gem. Sunlight streams through the glass windows onto the tables. Order some delicate pastries and a refreshing tea, chat with friends, and enjoy a relaxing afternoon. From afternoon to evening, delicious food, great music, and a wonderful atmosphere are always present here. I highly recommend checking it out!
