Must-visit Holy Spirit Church in Warsaw, Poland, and the story behind it

The Holy Spirit Church, among many churches in Warsaw, looks ordinary but carries a lot of stories. The church was built around the 16th century and was burned down by the Swedes, then rebuilt in Baroque style. It was once used as a library with a rich collection of books. Unfortunately, it was destroyed during World War II. It is said that during World War II, this church was used as a hospital to receive wounded soldiers, and later the doctors, nurses, and injured civilians here were massacred. Although the church has been rebuilt, sitting inside, you can still feel the suffering brought by the war. If there are bullet marks on the walls, perhaps it is history telling us that peace is precious.
