The environment is quite relaxing and comfortable~ The grapefruit shrimp salad is really super rich in grapefruit! Grapefruit juicy, when fruity meets shrimp sauce, crispy and sweet not too salty. The shrimp meat is bouncy, with more crushed peanuts, which makes the taste richer. Only a few grapefruit are bitter. The red curry is sweet and fragrant with coconut milk. The seasoning is just right, not too salty. The lychee flavor is less tasty, maybe it only works to make the whole curry sweeter? The duck is meaty and not woody at all, and is seasoned with a savory flavor. I love the texture of this plate of golden rice noodles. Although the Phnom Penh noodles are fried relatively wet, the noodles are still smooth and elastic, not too soft or crumbly wet. If left for a long time, the gold edge powder will become dry, and the texture of the noodles will still be elastic. The tiger prawn meat is bouncy, the rice noodles are sweet and sour with egg flavour, mixed with the crushed peanuts and chili powder next to it, it tastes more fragrant and delicious~ The curry soup is sweet and quite thick. The egg noodles have strong sauce, which can easily absorb the rich and fragrant broth. The chicken meat is soft and slightly seasoned. Especially like the fried noodles on the top layer, the crispy texture makes the layers of golden noodles more rich.
