St. Regis Hong Kong is a new luxury hotel in Wan Chai on the island, a neighborhood in between Admiralty and Causeway Bay. It’s a good location for those attending events at the Convention Centre or racecourse. The neighborhood is gentrifying and busy (there can be traffic), but you can find some famous places to eat nearby like Kam’s Roast Goose and Under Bridge Spicy Crab, and walk to the shops at Causeway Bay.
