The hairy crab season has begun!

I had a great time dining at Putien this time. The variety of dishes was fantastic! Plus, they had steamed hairy crabs 🦀 which were incredibly fresh! The crab meat was so sweet and tender that I couldn't stop eating. The crab roe was rich, and they even served ginger tea to go with it, saying it helps to dispel cold and warm the stomach 💕 Next, I tried the Yuan's Herb Chicken. The meat was tender and cooked just right, definitely not overcooked. The whole dish was filled with the aroma of herbs. Then came the Putien-style tofu, which looked simple but was surprisingly delicious! The tofu was smooth and had a rich texture. The Xinghua stir-fried rice noodles were also excellent. The noodles were chewy and full of flavor, with a rich mix of seafood, meat, and vegetables. A must-try 🍜.
