The portion of sushi is very generous and fresh. The toro is fatty and luscious, the salmon and yellowtail are tender, and the red shrimp and scallops are sweet. The squid is fresh, the live ark shell is crunchy☺️, and both the salmon roe and sea urchin bring a rich seafood flavor. It's satisfyingly abundant! The thick-cut beef tongue for $78 is substantial and refreshing, served with a special sauce. The lychee pork roll for $38 combines the sweet and sour taste of lychee with pork quite well. The grilled yam with plum sauce for $32 is seasoned with plum sauce, giving the dish a hint of sweet and sour taste, very appetizing. The scallion and garlic rock oysters for $48 are fresh, with the aroma of scallion and garlic enhancing the delicious taste of the rock oysters.
