Eat "Khinkali". I was amazed by the Grigorian cuisine!

During our girls trip to Vladivostok, we were introduced to many uniquely Russian dishes, but the thing that surprised us the most was this Grigorian dish called "khinkali". The top of the skin is actually a handle. We were given a vinyl glove for each person, and a kind waiter gave us a detailed lesson on how to eat it 🥹✨ First, hold the handle, turn it upside down, and take a small bite. The inside is filled with meat and gravy like a xiaolongbao, so you tilt the khinkali like a glass and drink up the gravy. Then, continue eating the remaining skin and meat. If you don't know how to do it, you'll never be able to eat it well 😂! The taste was much better than I expected 🥹 The dish was full of the deliciousness of the meat.
