I tried the luxury delicacies set for 2 at Hsinchu Yuen Hin in Tsim Sha Tsui. The original price was $1,080, but now it is on sale for $580/person. It's super cheap😍 The first thing that was served was the raw crab wings. This bowl of soup smelled like crab as soon as it was served. The soup is fresh and sweet, the crab meat is shredded, and the fins are chewy, yummy😋 Followed by the cheese lobster, large lobster meat is fresh and sweet, served with a rich cheese sauce, rich but not overly greasy. The bottom is covered with a layer of spaghetti, absorbing all the lobster juice and cheese sauce, every bite is very satisfying. The steamed seaweed is one of our most anticipated dishes, the seaweed is fresh and tender, steamed just right, the fish is rich and not overly salty, keeping the fish’s original flavor. Served with soy sauce and spring onions, it was a perfect combination. 8 heads of bacon with Liao ginseng. The bacon is cooked very soft and well seasoned. The ginseng was also good, feeling full of collagen. Scallops and broccoli This dish is full of flavor and flavour.
