Seared Tuna Salad $118 We started with a salad to whet our appetite. The salad greens were fresh, topped with seared, semi-raw tuna. It was incredibly satisfying with evenly marbled fatty tuna that melted in the mouth, smooth and flavorful sea urchin, well-seasoned grilled abalone, and other fresh sashimi.
