I went to Chao, a specialty spaghetti restaurant in Toyohashi City, Aichi Prefecture. It's located just 3 minutes from the Shinkansen, JR, and Meitetsu stations. The spicy, unique sauce and thick pasta are exquisite. I especially recommend the buffet. Toyohashi is also famous for its curry udon, but Chao's is really tasty, and the restaurant has a cute, retro atmosphere.
