Tongcheng Cultural Museum

"All the articles in the world, are they not from Tongcheng?" Tongcheng Cultural Museum, located at No. 2 Longmian Middle Road, Tongcheng City, Anhui Province, covers an area of about 15,000 square meters, with a collection of more than 11,000 pieces (single items), including 7 national first-level cultural relics and 41 second-level cultural relics. The museum is characterized by its collection of paintings and calligraphy by famous figures from Tongcheng during the Ming and Qing dynasties, especially the works of Fang Yizhi, Fang Bao, Yao Nai, Zhang Ying, and Zhang Ruocheng, which have unique local features. In addition, the museum also displays exquisite cultural relics such as the Spring and Autumn bronze beast ear zun, the Northern Song Dynasty celadon white porcelain Boshan incense burner, and the Southern Song Dynasty white glazed melon-ribbed pot-lifting kettle.
