[Momozono Inari Shrine/Tokyo] A retro local shrine near Nakano Station

Momozono Inari Shrine in Nakano Ward, Tokyo 𓂃◌𓈒𓐍 𓂃◌𓈒𓐍𓂃◌𓈒𓐍𓂃 A shrine that can be reached in a few minutes on foot from the south exit of Nakano Station. 　 During the reign of the 8th Shogun, Tokugawa Yoshimune, falconry became popular, and it is said that people hunted in Nakano in particular. At Yoshimune's command, peach trees were planted in this area, and it became a famous cherry blossom viewing spot called "Peach Garden." This is what led to the name of the shrine. 　　 There is a vermilion-painted torii gate and enclosure, so you can worship right in front of you. There is a bell to the right of the worship hall, and a hand pump to the left. To the right of the shrine is the Momozono Kaikan, and to the left is a narrow passageway. If you go further in, you will find the Momozono Restaurant on the left.
