[Mihokashima Shrine/Tokyo] The setting for the Rakugo story "Shibahama"

Miho Kashima Shrine in Minato Ward, Tokyo 𓂃◌𓈒𓐍 𓂃◌𓈒𓐍𓂃◌𓈒𓐍𓂃 The guardian deity of the old Honshiba according to the Honshiba Town Association. The Miho Shrine and Kashima Shrine were enshrined in Honshiba. The two shrines were enshrined together in 2005. The following year, a new shrine building was built in the grounds of the old Kashima Shrine. The plaques of both shrines were displayed inside the shrine building. The shrine⛩ is built as if it is surrounded by glass buildings🏙 behind it! In front of you is a park. Looking into the park from the grounds, you can see the trains and Shinkansen coming and going. Behind the shrine building are two pairs of lion-dog statues. 　 A monument to Shibahama Masako, donated by former rakugo performer Tachibana Ukon. This is because it is the setting for the classic rakugo story "Shibahama." The shrine is more tranquil than I expected.
