Seasonal Events at Oike Park

Oike Park is a large park in the center of Tokai City. It is a famous park with many seasonal events and plenty of things to see, such as illuminated cherry blossoms at night, irises, fireworks displays, and plum groves. The park has playground equipment for children and adults and a mini zoo where you can see peacocks, golden pheasants, bantams, parakeets, Japanese macaques, rabbits, goats, and ponies. The flowers and trees are well-maintained, making it a pleasant park. At the rest area "Furatto," drinks and soft serve ice cream are sold, so you can take a short break. On hot days, it's really nice to have a place like this where you can take a short break indoors with the air conditioner on. #ParkTour
