Wat Phra That Phanom Woramahawihan, located on the banks of the Mekong River in Nakhon Phanom Province, is a first-class royal temple of Buddhist significance. It is believed to have been built around 8 B.E. to enshrine the Buddha's breastbone relic. The 57.5-meter-tall pagoda features a blend of Lan Xang and Lanna architectural styles, featuring exquisite stucco designs and a gold-plated spire.
