Spanish Mediterranean Coast Tour ~ Tarragona (Region) The museum is built of ashlar stone and is striking for the pointed arch decorations on the mullioned windows on the first and second floors and the decoration of the cornice. Inside, some of the religious art that the parish has accumulated over the centuries is exhibited. The museum offers a wide range of different types of work, and the collections of Roman works, Muslim art, religious goldsmiths, and Gothic altarpieces and tapestries are also spectacular. Highly recommended, the entrance is connected to that of the cathedral and the museum is spread over several rooms located in the cloisters. In front is Tarragona Cathedral, you can enter the cathedral and museum for 5 euros, but you can’t visit the upper floors or towers for security reasons. #AprilDestinations2025 #SpainTravel #Catalonia
