The ancient temple "Dokoji" is a famous spot for viewing autumn leaves.

This temple was founded during the Nanboku-cho period, and with the support of the Ashikaga and Hosokawa clans, it is a historic temple that is one of the three great temples in Tanba, and is popular among those in the know as a spot to see the autumn leaves. In mid-November, the Autumn Leaves Festival is held. There is also free parking. You will have to go through a narrow road, but if you are driving by car, it is no problem.
