Before even entering Xiangye Guo Huo BBQ, located on the second floor, the entrance displays the all-you-can-eat options at various price points. A wall sign reads, "Delicious and Refreshing BBQ Delights." This time, I chose the "Supreme BBQ" for 859 per person. The meal takes 120 minutes, and the ordering time is 90 minutes. The restaurant prioritizes not wasting ingredients, so they'll ask if you want to continue dining when the time is up, otherwise the table will be cleared. The restaurant is spacious and has a third floor (where the restrooms are located). The seating is spaced well apart, but the lighting is more atmospheric and not overly bright. The self-service bar is convenient for taking ingredients. The corn, tomatoes, broccoli, onions, and cucumbers at the salad bar (which uses ice to keep them cold) are all fresh and very refreshing when topped with sesame sauce. There are also kimchi, braised tofu, passion fruit appetizers, vanilla milk ice cream 🍦 and various drinks. Before ordering, the waiter will ask if you want a cup of chicken soup. The quality of all the meats is good, among which the short ribs are excellent, with a fat aroma and tender meat. The conch portion could be more, very sweet and chewy. The vermicelli absorbs the sweetness of the scallops, and the scallops taste good. It's incredibly smooth and tender. The loofah and clams are must-try; the scallops were average. Finally, don't forget to order the cheesecake; it's crispy and has a rich, milky flavor.
