Meat Up｜A delightful dining spot near Zhongshan Station

This Italian pasta-focused restaurant caught my attention when I saw its menu displayed at the alley entrance. The Zhongshan branch, which opened on August 15, 2025, is the third Meat Up location, following the Ximen and Taoyuan Arts Center branches. The restaurant is known for its business lunch sets available from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, featuring unlimited drinks. The menu offers a wide range of choices, including brunch, pasta, main courses, desserts, and soufflés. At the entrance, you'll find charming mirror decorations and greenery, while inside, the cashier area is adorned with a prominent 'Nice to meat you' sign that ties in with the restaurant's name—very cute! The interior design is striking, with red-toned walls, wooden sofas, and creative marquee signs featuring hashtags like #Delicious, #AesTheticEats, and #DineWithStyle, which is quite unique for a pasta restaurant. Every set meal includes a bowl of truffle soup, which I believe is the restaurant's signature dish and a must-try. The pasta here is rich and flavorful, providing a satisfying dining experience. For set meals, you can choose between fries or soup for NT$150, or get both for NT$180. The average cost per person, including a set meal, ranges from NT$400 to NT$600. On Saturdays, the restaurant is bustling with customers. Since the sofa area was occupied, we sat at a four-person round table.
