Taipei Tea Specialty Shop's Oolong Tea Soft Serve is the Best "Jinpin Chayu"

#SummerCampaign #CommentCircle Jinpin Tea Language is a tea specialty stand and cafe located on Yongkang Street, a popular area near Taipei's Dongmen Station. It's a casual establishment run by Jinpin Tea, a tea specialty store. I tried their signature oolong tea and oolong tea soft serve ice cream. The oolong tea soft serve ice cream was amazing! It wasn't too sweet, and the rich oolong tea flavor made it a delicious dessert. Of the four recommended oolong teas, I went with the gold oolong tea. Gold: Lightly fermented, lightly hot roasted Red: Heavy fermented, lightly hot roasted Blue: Lightly fermented, medium hot roasted Black: Lightly fermented, heavy hot roasted Hot roasting literally means roasting. The float-like drink, made with oolong tea latte topped with soft serve ice cream, seems to be popular. They also have a wide variety of menu items, including tapioca milk tea and fruit tea. Japanese menus are also available, so don't worry. The staff were very friendly! In addition to serving takeout drinks, the cafe also has a souvenir corner and a cafe space on the second floor.
