"Kakigori Toshihiko" at Taipei Guting Station

#kakigori_toshihiko Shaved Ice Toshihiko at #GutingStation in #Taipei It's so beautiful! It's a work of art! 🍧 It's not just the appearance that's beautiful - it tastes amazing too! I sat at the counter, so I could see the process. The ice wasn't Taipei's signature milk ice called "yukika," but Japanese-style pure ice. It was super fluffy. The shaved ice looked large, but it melted in my mouth and was easy to eat. I ordered two flavors: perry and cheese, and tea and coffee. The ice was generously topped with fruit and sauce, and some flavors even had extra sauces, so I enjoyed every last drop. I highly recommend visiting! ^_^ The interior is very elegant, clean, and comfortable. The owner trained in Japan, and apparently his name is pronounced "Toshihiko" in Japanese.
