【Taipei】The famous Din Tai Fung

Din Tai Fung is a famous restaurant brand in Taiwan, with Xiao Long Bao as its signature food. This time I came here to meet friends for dinner and taste the authentic food. Din Tai Fung is very popular in Taiwan, both among Taiwanese and tourists. Especially the branch I went to is located in the food court of the 101 Building, a landmark in Taipei. Even on weekday afternoons, you have to wait 1.5-2 hours to be seated! Fortunately, the restaurant provides the function of checking the current round number on your mobile phone. After you get the chips, you don't have to wait at the door. You can go shopping in the mall or visit the 101 Observation Deck, and go back when it's almost your turn. The overall environment of the restaurant is quite elegant, the seats are spacious and comfortable, and you can see the chef inside through the transparent glass. It's really a special experience!
