intercontinentalrq What a wonderful stay we had in the King Classic Riverview room at intercontinentalrq. What you can find here: a modern, compact, sleek and gorgeous 24sqm room that overlooks the river (not much of a river view though, really) 49inch Tv that allows you to connect to your Netflix account ”Floor-to-ceiling windows providing plenty of natural light” that helps provide this natural gleam you see here. These photos have ZERO FILTER. Super clean and well kept rooms.. with the amount of the reflective surfaces in this room, any extra dust or dirt will be especially evident. Even the table becomes a shiny mirror. More monogram_tea than you really need but this tea is so good, they can just keep coming. Nespresso is also a standard given in all the rooms here. If you’re concerned about how open concept the bathroom looks, don’t worry, there’s a separator you can slide across the room. The best part of this room type is it comes with access to the Club Intercontinental Lounge, and the main reason why we booked this stay! I can’t really fault the room because it’s very good for its size. Sure, I’ll love it more if it were bigger but they’ve really done well with the size limitations here. All their rooms range from 24sqm for the King bedders, to 28sqm for the Twin bedders and the largest at 36sqm for the Twin Bed Classic Lounge Access rooms. If you prefer more space, you can consider their Junior Suites at 41sqm which come with bathtubs, or if you feel like splurging, there’s a 131sqm King Bed Penthouse Suite with a river view awaiting. I booked this club room staycation at $282 using with a $100 off promo code, and really loved our stay on the whole here. It does pay off to follow their telegram chat for sudden promo code drops although it can be nerve-racking to find the right booking for the right date on such short notice.
