Foodie diary 4: Simply (delicious) Thai

Simply Thai is an superb franchise for Thai food lovers all over Shanghai. This particular place we visited is Moon Bay Branch. Location is welcoming and has a nice ambience. Nice and calm place to visit, for a date, family night out or work meeting. Specially for these summer nights. Now, let’s go to the most important thing: the food. Pineapple rice is good and feels fresh into your stomach, unlike most fried rice you find in China. Samosas and spring rolls are simply delicious, and Thai sweet spicy sauce highlights its flavor. Coconut pudding looks super cute, but taste get lost among the rest of tasty food. My favorite, by far, is the green chicken curry. You can try red or yellow curry, either with beef or chicken. However, nothing gets close to the fresh spices of green curry, together with the fruits and vegetables that gives you the urge to keep eating. Additionally, you can buy Thai mangoes for dessert, or to go.
