The infinity pool at the Oriental Beauty Valley JW Marriott Hotel stands out with its modern design and expansive views. Located on a high floor, the pool features sleek design and glass railings that bring the surrounding cityscape into view. Especially at dusk, the entire water surface extends like the sky, reflecting the sunset like a painting. I entered the pool during the gentlest afternoon sunlight; the water was as smooth as silk, mirroring the blue sky and distant building outlines. Lounge chairs and greenery by the pool create a tranquil yet modern atmosphere. As always, JW Marriott’s attention to detail shines through—the infinity pool is perfect for both sightseeing and relaxation. It is a peaceful retreat found on the city’s edge and one of my most memorable experiences from this trip to Shanghai.
