Shanghai Qiantan Shangri-La Hotel Excellent Location 📍 I just got back from the Shanghai Qiantan Shangri-La Hotel, and this place is absolutely fantastic! The hotel is located in the Qiantan area, with super convenient transportation. Metro lines 8, 11, and 18 are all nearby, making it quick to get anywhere. There are also many fun places around, like Qiantan Taikoo Li, which has all kinds of trendy brands and delicious food—you could spend a whole day there without getting tired. Plus, there’s Qiantan Sports Park, full of lush trees and fresh air, perfect for a relaxing walk. Super Comfortable Stay 🛏️ The moment I entered the hotel lobby, I felt it was very upscale. The decor is modern with a touch of Eastern charm. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and checked me in quickly without any wait. The room was huge, and the bed was so soft—you just sink right in and sleep like a baby. The windows were huge too; during the day, you can see the bustling city outside, and at night, enjoy beautiful night views. It felt amazing. Fully Equipped Fitness Facilities 💪 The hotel’s fitness facilities really surprised me! The gym is fully equipped with treadmills, ellipticals, dumbbells, and more. I worked out every morning and felt super energized. There’s also a large heated swimming pool with very clean water. Soaking in it made all my fatigue disappear. What made me happiest was that the hotel offers yoga classes. Doing yoga with a professional instructor made me feel completely relaxed. Thoughtful Little Details ❤️ During my stay, some small details left a deep impression on me. One time I came back late, and the front desk staff specially left a light on for me, which felt very warm. Another time, when I was dining alone in the restaurant, the waiter started chatting with me and recommended their signature dishes, which tasted amazing! Other Tips 💡 If you’re planning to stay at this hotel, I have a few suggestions. First, book in advance, especially on weekends, as it gets quite busy. Second, try the hotel’s buffet breakfast—it has a wide variety, including Chinese congee and buns, as well as Western bread and bacon, which will put you in a great mood for the day.
