A museum like a garden~~Jiading Museum.

Visiting Jiading Museum is like traveling through time and space to gain an in-depth understanding of Jiading's history, culture, and traditional arts. The museum's rich exhibits and detailed introductions are impressive, providing a deeper understanding of Jiading's cultural heritage. Jiading Museum was established in 1959 and is a comprehensive museum integrating collection, protection, research, exhibition, and education. The new museum was completed and opened to the public for free in June 2013. It is located in the central area of Jiading District, adjacent to Qiuxia Garden, with a beautiful environment like a Jiangnan garden. It is affiliated with the Jiading Confucian Temple, a national key cultural relic protection unit, the Fahua Pagoda, a Shanghai cultural relic protection unit, and the Jiading Bamboo Carving Museum. The new museum adopts a double-garden two-story (partially three-story) layout design, divided into two parts: modern function and traditional garden, covering an area of 6,705 square meters, with a total construction area of about 9,608 square meters. Jiading Museum is also affiliated with the Jiading Confucian Temple, a national key cultural relic protection unit, the Fahua Pagoda, a Shanghai cultural relic protection unit, and the Jiading Bamboo Carving Museum.
