Alila is new The overall facilities and design are not overturned. The design is done by Teacher Ju Bin. The overall public area is set up, and the layout and decoration style of the room are very warm, simple and have a sense of layout. The hardware facilities from the bathroom to the supplies are all up to standard! ?Let's talk about what I think needs to be improved The overall service needs a lot of polishing in the early stage of opening. From check-in to doorman, there are some bumps in many businesses that are not very proficient. Although I feel enthusiastic, the effect of dealing with problems is average. In terms of hotel layout, the takeaway rack has no specific logo and needs to be found from the room. The hotel has a high floor, but the glass insulation is slightly poor. The internal restaurants and cafes are doing well in sunny weather, and the comfort is high, but the dishes need to be improved, and they can be circled and clicked. In general, as a new high-end hotel in Shanghai, Alila definitely has the potential to stand out and squeeze into the must-stay list. I also look forward to it showing more wonderful in the future.
