The place I went to was Hannam Berg, a croffle restaurant, and the brown cheese croffle was WOW, totally awesome. The sweet ice cream and the sourness of the yuzu sprinkled on it go well with the crunchy croffle, and the salty brown cheese sprinkled on top creates a fantastic taste.
